Fruit and Treats

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the flowers and the fruit basket my sister received. She explained the grapefruit at the bottom of the basket was mildew, the apples bruised and the chocolates' best before date expired back in April. The flowers were also not fresh and only lasted a few days before wilting. It was my expectation that the products would at least be fresh. I am shocked that this fruit basket arrived with spoiled fruits, there was a large gap between my expectation and reality. As a customer, I expected the best quality and appearance when I am sending gifts to my loved ones. Your company definitely needs to address your supply chain issues. Very, very disappointed!!

Imagine my choice of a delivery date April 1rst ! For my sister and I it was a pleasant joke but a necessary gift to announce Easter. We both grew up in rural Quebec and remembered Easter bonnets and shiny shoes... Now we remember Easter with Flowers. In fact in Spanish its called Pascua Florida. All people should order all year around to remember the beauty of God's love and the hope this gives others: NEW BLOOMINGHILL FLOWERS is all this to me.
