The service started poor but ended well.
I placed an online order and went for picking up only to notice the item was somehow different than advertised.
The lady was trying to justify the similarity despite obvious visible differences and offered reimbursement whereas it was too late for such offer as it was supposed to be a birthday gift and I expected some sort of recovery.
Luckily, she had some other items in store and I picked one which seemed appealing and the nice lady treated my daughter with a beautiful rose which was a professional gesture.
Last comment: Please notify customer if there is going to be even slight differences between advertised item and actual one.
