I was disappointed to learn that systems problems caused the order to be lost in spite of sending a confirmation to me that it would be delivered on time. I only knew to follow up after the flowers were a no show on the date requested. Hopefully you will put a process in place that all order confirmations are checked each day and if something prevents a delivery the customer is notified instead of the customer having to follow up.
